Difficulty
Easy
- 2 peaches (peeled and stoned or tinned)
- 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen, thawed)
- 1/2 cup full fat plain yoghurt
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tsp honey / maple syrupÂ
-
Let little ones have a go at slicing the peaches using kid safety knives. They are a bit slippery which makes it a challenge but also quite fun!
-
Ask them to carefully add the peaches into a blender and '3,2,1 blitz!' to make a smooth puree.
-
Pop the puree into a bowl and give the blender a quick rinse.
-
Ask your helper to count the raspberries as they place them in the blender and '3,2,1 blitz!' again until smooth.
-
Stir the honey and vanilla extract into the plain yoghurt.
-
Using separate bowls for the yoghurt, raspberry puree and peach puree, ask your little one to spoon the ingredients carefully into the lolly moulds. They can choose the order and quantity of each ingredient.
-
Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.
-
To serve, hold the lolly moulds in warm water for a few min to release them.
