An easy and healthy way to reuse leftover pumpkin after Halloween that your little monsters will love!

Slice pumpkin into chip shapes

Cover with 2tbsp of oil

Season with your choice of spices/herbs – paprika and salt & pepper would work well.

Put into pre-heated oven (180 deg) for 20-25 mins

To make pumpkin crisps, use the same process but use a peeler to get the get thin sections of pumpkin. Cook at 150°C for the same amount of time and keep an eye on them to avoid burning!
