Sweet potato chips recipe
These sweet potato chips taste delicious and are very easy to make. Your little ones can get involved by helping to toss the potato wedges in olive oil.

Preheat the oven to 200C/gas mark 6. Place two baking trays in the oven to preheat.

Cut each potato lengthwise into eight equal pieces, and then cut again lengthwise into wedges so they are all approximately the same size.

Put the edges into a large bowl and toss them in enough olive oil that they are just coated.

Place the wedges onto the baking sheets and sprinkle on the flour. Toss again and spread out making sure that they aren't touching. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, turning once half way through cooking.

Serve with ketchup.
